Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Run receiving, staging, and inventory for high-value IT and facility equipment flowing into the campus.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, inspect, and log inbound equipment
• Stage hardware for deployment waves
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Coordinate freight and rigging appointments
• Keep dock and staging areas safe and organized

What you’ll bring:

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred (training provided)
• Forklift certification or willingness to certify
• Comfort with inventory systems and scanners
• High school diploma or GED

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Pay range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year
