Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. is seeking a seasoned operations leader to own the day-to-day operations of a data hall as the campus expands to multiple buildings.

You will be responsible for uptime, staffing, and housekeeping, coordinating maintenance, and driving safety and quality standards in the facility. Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own day-to-day operations of an individual data hall building as the campus grows to multiple buildings.

What you’ll do:

• Own building-level uptime, staffing, and housekeeping
• Coordinate maintenance windows with campus teams
• Manage building-level vendor activities
• Drive safety and quality standards in the building
• Report building KPIs to the Director of CF Operations

What you’ll bring:

Pay range: $115,000 – $145,000 per year
