Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. operates the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus, seeking a maintenance professional to perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility support in a 24/7 environment.

You will coordinate small contractor work, maintain records, and assist critical facilities teams as directed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing settings, the ability to read diagrams, and a high school diploma or GED with trades training valued.

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

General building maintenance across the campus: doors, lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, and repairs outside the critical envelope.

What you’ll do:

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
• Support office, dock, and common-area upkeep
• Coordinate small contractor jobs
• Maintain work-order records
• Assist critical facilities teams as directed

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range:

$55,000 – $72,000 per year
