Maintenance Planner / CMMS Administrator

Chillicothe, OH

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own the CMMS and the maintenance planning function: schedules, kitting, and work‑order quality.

What you’ll do:

• Administer the CMMS: assets, PMs, and workflows
• Plan and schedule maintenance windows with operations
• Kit parts and coordinate vendor support for planned work
• Report schedule compliance and backlog
• Continuously improve PM content

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline
• Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)
• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued

Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.

Pay range: $85,000 – $105,000 per year
