Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead in Los Angeles to drive profitability and efficiency in store operations. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, coach the team, and ensure accurate inventory and smooth day-to-day activities.

You will oversee shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor visuals, safety standards, and stockroom processes while developing a high-performing team focused on guest experiences.

• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead & execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor-set updates, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation via stockroom standards.
