Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising or related design fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories and placement for a world-class guest experience.
• Create visually appealing product displays to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM updates including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards to team members.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and strong working relationships.
