Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate brand VM strategies into compelling in-store displays and guest experiences. You will manage product presentation, storytelling, and mannequins, ensuring alignment with company standards and local store needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, delivering world-class guest experiences, and executing campaigns and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, labels and seasonal changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education within omnichannel programs.
