Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM strategies to life across our stores in New York. You will style product presentations, craft story-driven displays, and support sell-through while delivering a world-class guest experience.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership, executing window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandising changes, while educating teammates on visual display techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, or interior design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards through product stories, placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to the team.
