Wayfair is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate to help bring our brand to life through hands-on store support, seasonal floorsets, signage updates, and daily visual upkeep. You will work under the Visual Merchandising Manager, ensuring every corner of the store looks polished and on-brand for guests.

Qualifications

• Retail visual merchandising experience (1–3 years) required.
• Customer-facing experience (1–3 years) preferred.
• Comfort navigating store technology and visual tools; eagerness to learn new platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute Visual Standards: support floorsets, signage, and daily visual upkeep.
• Maintain Presentation Excellence: adjust displays per direction and guides.
• Support Merchandise Flow: replenish floor items and keep displays full and shoppable.
• Use Visual Tools with Confidence: reference floorset plans and maintain consistency.
• Engage with Guests: provide helpful service and guide guests through product stories.
