Wayfair is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate seasonal strategies into shoppable in-store displays. You will support floorsets, signage, and visual operations to elevate the guest experience and drive results.

The role requires 1-3 years in visual merchandising or related retail roles, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work under the Department Manager and collaborate across teams to ensure brand standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of in-store visual merchandising experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute Visual Standards: Own visual execution across the store, including seasonal floorsets, marketing signage, lighting displays, and basic installations.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with leaders and team members to align visual priorities with sell-through or trends.
• Maintain Presentation Excellence: Conduct daily/weekly walkthroughs using the Visual Merchandising Checklist to improve store presentation.
• Demonstrate Reliability: Be on time and ready to help ensure a seamless guest experience open to close.
• Adapt with Agility: Move quickly with shifts in product launches or priorities.
• Drive Sales Through Visual Impact: Use product knowledge and trend insights to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Innovate and Share Ideas: Propose improvements to display flow and styling ideas.
• Embrace Feedback: Translate leadership feedback into brand-right execution.
• Engage Customers: Interact with guests to support a friendly, helpful shopping experience.
