Wayfair is hiring a Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead in-store displays and seasonal floorsets, translating brand standards into engaging, shoppable spaces. You will support visual operations, signage, and product flow to enhance guest experiences and sales across a Yonkers store.

The role requires 1–3 years of in-store visual merchandising and retail experience, with comfort using visual merchandising software and store tools to plan and execute layouts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of in-store visual merchandising experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles, preferably in home goods or furnishings.
• Experience reading and executing store layouts or planograms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute visual standards across the store, including seasonal floorsets, signage, lighting displays, and basic installations in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to align visual priorities and adapt to sales trends.
• Maintain presentation excellence with regular walkthroughs and a strategic eye to improve store appearance.
• Move with urgency when priorities shift and communicate proactively when challenges arise.
