Wayfair is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising, to lead in-store presentation and drive sales. You will report to the Visual Merchandising Manager and coach a team of Visual Specialists and Sales Associates, shaping the customer experience through planograms, floorsets, and engaging displays.

This role blends creativity with analytics, using sales data to optimize displays, plan promotions, and collaborate across store teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading a large team.
• 2+ years driving strong results through visual merchandising.
• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in home/furnishings or interior design.
• Comfort with basic electrical wiring, lighting installations, wallpapering, and furniture assembly.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong planning, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use sales trends and inventory insights to optimize merchandising.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead visual standards training and floorset execution.
• Coach and develop Visual Specialists, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Plan and execute floorsets, replenishment, signage, and value-added services.
• Analyze trends to drive profitability and store performance.

• Represent Wayfair in customer interactions with product knowledge.
