Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Store Visual Merchandiser to create visually engaging store displays and interior layouts. Under Visual Leadership, you will design and present merchandise to enhance the shopping experience and support merchandising strategies.

You will collaborate with store teams, remerchandise displays, tag products, and participate in inventory events while maintaining brand standards and guest focus.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to transport loads of 100 lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy that helps achieve the Company's sales volume and financial objectives.
• Execute visually appealing store displays and coordinate layout plans for furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, point-of-sale and select areas to maximize product sell-through.
• Maintain interior and exterior store appearance with the help of warehouse and housekeeping teams.
• Coordinate product tagging and showroom placement and participate in bi-annual inventory.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and audio/visual guidelines.
