Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Trainer in Azle, TX (511 North Stewart Street). The role coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners, oversee onboarding, and ensure training modules are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA, Food Handler, and state-specific certifications as required.
• 21+ years old to drive for Company business per policy and related rules.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with retail management.
• Conduct on-boarding for new hires and introduce company policies and culture.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Report partner progress during training periods and advise on improvements.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and propose work procedure improvements.
• Maintain a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and ensure storefront presentation.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisors.
