Aufgaben

• Train and develop partners with retail management.
• Conduct retail partner on-boarding and introduce new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Collaborate with retail management to identify partners in need of training and ensure all necessary training modules are completed.
• Receive teaching materials from corporate and conduct training sessions covering a wide variety of areas such as on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report progress of partners during training periods to management and assist with problems concerning position-specific tasks by providing suggestions to management to improve procedures.
• Work with front end partners to provide a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and make on-the-spot corrections as needed.
• Ensure the store is presentable for the customer shopping experience and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary working environment per Company safety procedures.
