Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience.
• HIPAA, food handler, and applicable beverage certifications required.
• Must be 21+ to drive for company business in accordance with policy.
• Ability to train and develop partners with policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in coordination with retail management.
• Onboard new hires to company policies, procedures, people and culture.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Deliver training sessions on a wide range of topics.
• Report partner progress during training and suggest improvements.
• Assist partners with task-related problems and provide guidance to improve procedures.
• Maintain customer-service orientation and store presentation during training.
• Ensure safety and sanitation in the working environment.
