Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) focuses on community-building and growth opportunities across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. This role coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners, ensuring adherence to training guidelines and reporting progress to management.

As part of the training team, you’ll work closely with front-end partners, deliver sessions, and drive improvements in procedures while maintaining a customer-focused store environment and a strong culture

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops partners in conjunction with upper management.
• On-boards retail partners and introduces new hires to policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Identifies partners needing training and ensures all modules are completed; stays current with policies and initiatives.
• Receives teaching materials from corporate and conducts training sessions on varied topics.
• Reports progress of partners during training to management.
• Assists partners with position-specific tasks by offering improvement suggestions.
• Maintains customer-friendly store environment and ensures presentability during training.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains a clean, safe working environment.
