The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations. This role leads the Legal Operations function for a large in-house department, partnering with legal leadership to optimize technology, analytics, and processes across the organization.

You will drive data-driven insights, manage budgets and external spend, and implement workflow improvements. The hybrid role requires 2+ days in the Framingham HQ and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in legal operations or related field within a large corporate legal department.
• Experience implementing, administering, and optimizing legal technology platforms.
• Strong background in legal spend management, including outside counsel, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and invoice review.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial and vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced legal or business education is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CLOC, PMP, Legal Operations, Contract Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Legal Operations function to refine and optimize how legal services are delivered across the organization.
• Partner with legal leadership to drive technology, analytics, and process improvements.
• Develop and execute a long-term operations roadmap for the Legal Department.
• Oversee data reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support leadership decision-making.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, terms, and rate structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve intake, triage, and service delivery processes.
