Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Manager of Technology for Marmaxx Store Operations in Framingham, MA. You will serve as the primary business partner and expert for critical platforms like UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, and Reflexis, enabling efficient store operations and a superior customer experience.

You will collaborate with Store Operations, HR, IT, Payroll, and Field Leadership to drive system enhancements, workforce planning, and successful technology implementations across Marmaxx stores.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail operations, workforce management, store systems, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing teams and supporting enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead and SME for UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, and Reflexis.
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce management, scheduling, and labor optimization platforms.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Store Operations to identify system enhancements and prioritize requirements.
• Manage system configurations, testing, upgrades, and rollout activities.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to improve labor productivity and store execution.
