Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated associate at our Leominster, MA TJ Maxx location to support receiving and merchandising operations. You will help ensure a smooth flow of merchandise from trucks to the sales floor while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train teammates, maintain merchandising standards, and collaborate with management to meet daily goals. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• Able to lift heavy objects and handle store responsibilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Create a positive customer experience through attentive service and store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and properly coded.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and goals.
• Support safety, HR, and loss-prevention programs across the store.
