Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Analyst to drive KPI reporting and operational analysis across distribution centers, merchants, planning, transportation, and store operations.

You will build and deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports and strategic analyses to guide decisions. You will partner with Finance and Senior Leaders to identify opportunities, develop analytic models, and present recommendations that influence capacity, labor, and network planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or related field.
5+ years of data analysis experience.
Experience with analytics tools including Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau.

Responsibilities

Performs complex operational analyses to identify improvement opportunities for Fulfillment/Distribution centers, expansions, relocations and capital investments.
Supports Labor Management analysis/reporting, productivity improvement, flow through and capacity.
Partners with Finance on annual financial and operational long-term planning and communicates risks to Senior Leaders.
Delivers KPI reports and presents findings to Senior Leaders.
Completes analyses for long-term network planning and growth opportunities.
Supports execution of Fulfillment Operations strategy publications and project plans.
