Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end/Sales floor routines as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; may require other duties.
