Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes top selling behavior with ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

As part of our team, you will lead shifts, ensure safe operations, and support BOPIS/OMNI execution while delivering Legendary Service to customers and neighbors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling across shifts.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to high selling standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and customer handoffs.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
