Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery ownership.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and ensure safe work practices.
