Job summary

Tractor Supply in Benton, KY is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps and clothing recovery.

You will be a top selling Team Member with assigned BOPIS/OMNI support, lead shifts, delegate tasks, ensure safe work practices, and help maintain recovery standards while delivering outstanding customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead by example with customer engagement and coaching.
• Develop Team Members using coaching routines to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery with assigned standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking and customer handoff.
• Lead Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Operate cash register/computer and assist customers loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
