Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Kentucky seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own area presentation such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

You will lead shifts, drive storefront standards, assist with BOPIS/OMNI, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining strong teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
