Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role focuses on top selling in-store performance and ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with duties including BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, some supervisory background, and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills required.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution.
• Oversee weekly Clothing Department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safe operations.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
