Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service and model top selling behaviors, with responsibility for Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, plus BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You will lead shifts, promote safety, training, and accurate documentation while delivering exceptional customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold safety and productivity by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviours.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery and BOPIS/OMNI support as assigned.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts with task delegation and follow-up.
• Operate store equipment and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely; obtain certifications as needed.
