Qualifications

• Required: RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and staffing during peak hours.
