• Assist store manager in promoting a sales-driven culture with superior customer service.
• Maintain professionalism and store morale.
• Support the store manager in executing and supervising store duties through team members.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet store needs and track results.
• Identify customer requirements and build relationships with customers and community groups.
• Encourage sign-ups for Family Farm and Home programs (loyalty, warranties, financing).
• Protect inventory and company assets per policy and safety procedures.
• Verify merchandise received, stored, and merchandised correctly across departments.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment and comply with legal requirements.
• Assist in marketing strategy changes by reviewing financial and sales data.
• Maintain consistent operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
