• A successful assistant store manager must demonstrate excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage with limited supervision and strong communication with customers, vendors and associates.

• Ability to interpret data for merchandise and operational decisions.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
