Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with leadership to coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will recruit and develop teams, own responsibilities, implement efficiency plans, perform Service Leader duties, ensure SOP compliance, and represent the brand

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• A high school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals
• Passionate about retail and fast-paced environment
• Driven by metrics to deliver business results
• Able to lead and mentor others through coaching
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store floor and stockroom
