You will collaborate with store leadership to coach Leads and Brand Associates toward performance goals. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a passion for retail in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising and customer service.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Lead assigned area of responsibility and execute store strategy.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
