Banana Republic is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales through customer service, product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will support execution of store strategy, coaching Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. This role requires leadership and hands-on collaboration with the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
