You will drive profitable sales through customer-centric operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will coach and mentor Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates under the direction of the GM/AGM, ensuring strong performance and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets goals.
• Metrics-driven and focused on results.
• Able to lead and mentor others.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
• Comfortable using retail technology.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the sales floor.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer- and product-focused operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and optimize productivity.
• Execute action plans to maximize efficiencies and performance.
• Perform Service Leader duties and uphold SOPs.
• Represent Banana Republic and stay aware of retail competition.
• Promote community involvement and brand presence.
• Leverage omni-channel channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
