Lidl US in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coaching the store team and delivering Lidl’s renowned low prices and hassle-free shopping. You will lead the team to meet store targets, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll drive promotions, supervise merchandising, oversee cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and safety, while developing staff and maintaining high KPI performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and de-escalation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the store team to reach full potential daily.
• Provide excellent customer service and be the go-to contact for customers.
• Monitor and drive improvement of store KPIs.
• Direct promotional store sets and routine re-merchandising.
• Provide hands-on support for cash handling, stocking, cleaning and other tasks.
• Maintain a safe, positive, productive work environment per policy and law.
