Job summary

Lidl US is hiring Store Managers in Raleigh, NC to lead store performance and develop a fast-paced team. You’ll own daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and ensure safety and compliance while meeting KPIs and store targets.

You’ll recruit, train, and mentor 15–60 team members, manage cash handling, stock, and cleaning, and foster a positive, high‑performing work environment consistent with Lidl’s low-price, hassle-free shopping philosophy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of management experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform daily physical tasks.
• ServSafe certification and state alcohol licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store’s performance and team well-being (15–60 employees) based on store volume.
• Provide excellent customer service and be the lead point of contact for customer needs.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team.
• Provide hands-on support for cash management, working stock, cleaning, and other store tasks.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment compliant with policies.
