Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and inspire a customer-centric team. You will work under the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service, supervise employees, and ensure adherence to company standards across merchandising, staffing, and inventory practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on management to foster a positive, inclusive store environment while meeting performance goals and maintaining loss-prevention

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead store teams and deliver sales results.
• Experience training staff and managing schedules.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee staffing, training, and store operations with a focus on policy compliance.
• Ensure proper cash handling, till reconciliation, and readiness for audits.
• Support inventory management and ensure accurate product counts and pricing.
