Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Store Team Leader in Indianapolis, IN to support the Store Leader and management team. You will coach hourly staff, participate in recruitment, and seek development opportunities while ensuring daily operations align with the organization’s mission and values.

The role includes managing tasks, driving efficiency, and stewarding resources—people, time, and money—alongside monitoring sales and donations to meet goals.

• Degree and credential requirements: NONE; coaching and supervisory abilities valued.
• Strong communication skills across oral, written, and digital channels.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to relate to diverse clients.

Responsabilités

• Staff Management and Development: provide coaching and training to hourly employees; assist in recruitment and interviewing; pursue professional development for self and others.
• Operations: complete day-to-day tasks and suggest efficiency improvements; uphold Goodwill's Mission, Vision, and Values with customers.
• Financial Management and Reporting: steward resources (people/time/money); track daily sales, production goals, and donations.
