Aufgaben

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom well-stocked and organized per standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of store including bathrooms, floors and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
