Tractor Supply in Morrilton, AR seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery as part of the assigned area, while assisting with BOPIS/OMNI duties and frontline routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and supervisory roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and front-end routines as assigned.
• Maintain attendance, safety, and adherence to store policies.
