Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. This role requires flexibility, strong customer engagement, and the ability to lead shifts while ensuring safe, productive operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff with A+ techniques, managing BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed, and maintaining merchandising ownership

Qualifications

• Retail experience or supervisory exposure is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with focus on customer engagement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and operate store equipment as needed.
