Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while supporting BOPIS/OMNI processes as needed.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work varied shifts with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Join a team dedicated to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including standards and follow‑up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, and customer handoff.
