Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas. You will help execute Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap and clothing recovery, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong customer service, and leadership abilities. You will lead shifts, ensure safety, and promote Legendary Service across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Ability to train and coach Team Members with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and accountability to execute store standards.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own assigned sales-floor areas (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps).
• Assist BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as needed.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and related equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
