Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, own display areas (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps) and oversee clothing recovery and BOPIS/OMNI tasks.

The role emphasizes flexibility in shifts, availability for varied hours, and maintaining a safe, productive store environment. A strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, pet/equine, or related knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including pick/hand-off and follow-up.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; obtain required licenses or certifications.
