Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Springdale, AR is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching to Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks responsibly.
• Operate cash register/computer and assist customers as needed.
