Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Greenwood, LA seeks a Team Leader who supports store leadership, delivers Legendary Service, and coaches Team Members. This role owns Power Panel, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

As a top selling Team Member, you will lead shifts, train colleagues, and ensure safety and cleanliness while maintaining attendance and adapting to varied hours.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members and improve selling behaviors.
• Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as a top team member.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery with assigned standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and handoff.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and accountability.
• Support front-end, sales floor, and customer engagement routines as directed.
