Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. This role will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

The position requires flexibility, reliable attendance, and a focus on safety and customer engagement. Experience in retail and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be available, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
