Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. In addition, this role involves leading Team Members on shifts, managing BOPIS/OMNI tasks, and ensuring safe, engaging operations for customers and staff.

The ideal candidate will be available for varied hours, have retail or farming knowledge, and possess at least an 18-year-old

Qualifications

• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and clothing recovery as assigned.
• Operate cash register and assist customers.
