Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and team coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery activities.
